I was introduced to the TEA form exercise when Mr. Obitz came to speak to my college football team about ways to maximize our performance on the field but I have received much value using them for my personal struggles as well. They are great at getting your mind to stay in the present which helps take the pressure off in competition and free&#039;s you up to perform at your highest level and by staying in the present you also keep anxiety from getting the best of you.
I have his book but I&#039;m gonna print up this cheat sheet for my little bro thx.</description>
